What Do We Do With Information About You
Arts Etobicoke offers a broad range of artistic programs to the community. We bring outstanding arts and culture to West Toronto in the form of concerts, performances and visual art shows. We are the parent organization for more than 60 local art groups. Our arts education initiatives serve elementary, middle and secondary schools and support youth at risk in North Etobicoke. Our advocacy work within the political spectrum ensures a future for the arts in West Toronto.
We use our database to speak you to about this broad range of activities. Our methods of communication include direct mail, email, follow up phone calls (*no telemarketing), invitations to visit our website, advertising and publicity.
Where is Our Database Kept?
Information about you is stored in a password-protected program within our offices. Only employees of Arts Etobicoke and designated volunteer leaders will have access to the database.

As is permitted in PIPEDA, from time to time we share information on our database with our member organizations, other arts and culture organizations and list brokers. This policy of exchanging lists is at our discretion for marketing purposes. No financial or credit card information is ever provided.
